Your main tasks?
As a Joiner (fabricator and/or fitter) you play a key role. With the support of the Workshop Manager and the Operations Manager, you actively contribute to improving the company's overall performance..
- Read and interpret plans, select materials
- Measure, mark out and cut panels
- Assembling parts, sanding, planing, shaping, etc.
- Perform self-checks and apply finishing products as required
- Prepare elements for assembly and anticipate potential shortcomings
- Assemble the various stand components, fasten, etc. adjust as necessary
- Dismantle and optimize stand returns, in line with ISO 20121 (CSR) requirements
What's your profile?
- Ability to meet deadlines, be precise and organized
- Ability to work independently and manage several projects simultaneously
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Ability to operate numerically controlled (CNC) machines
- Ability to see things through to the end and recognize one's limits without hiding mistakes
- Availability to work outside normal hours according to projects and installations
- Internal / external communication: you work in synergy with internal departments and promote the best image of AS DECORS.
- Driving licence: B, CACES - (C licence would be a plus)
What are your terms of employment?
- Remuneration to be discussed according to profile and experience; additional overtime pay
- Open-ended contract - 41 hours a week - Worker status
- Evening and weekend work possible, depending on delivery times and customer requirements
