JOB DESCRIPTION ?

You have a key role to play. Based on the customer's brief, you will assist the Project Manager with the administrative aspects of the entire project management chain: quotations, budget monitoring, coordination of the parties involved (internal departments, production team, external service providers, etc.), and so on. (internal departments, production team, external service providers), etc.

 

- Formatting the sales proposal

- Consult suppliers, subcontractors, partners, etc.

- Participate in project logistics

- Plan the actions to be taken

- Promote customer/internal/external production team interface and coordination of all project stages (subject to customer approval)

- Monitor the project from conception to completion and invoicing.

PROFILE DESCRIPTION

This position requires a commercial dimension and should not be confused with interior design or architecture assignments. You are interested in the events sector and have the following qualities:

HIRING CONDITIONS

- Remuneration: to be discussed according to profile and experience on proposed assignments
- Travel : Paris, Province, Europe, World
- 🕕 CDI - 39 heures Hebdomadaires
- Status : ETAM ou CADRE selon profil
- Starting date : at the earliest
- Location : Paris 18
- 💻 Maîtrise : Office 360, ERP, CRM
- 🎓 Bac +3 ou expérience +3 ans
