Continuing its development, the AS DÉCORS is looking foreits future: QHSE Manager (Quality - Health - Safety - Environment).
You have a key role to play. You'll be helping to secure the structure's overall operation. You will implement, monitor and improve the company's QHSE procedures, with a view to internal and external collaboration.

Your main tasks?
- Develop and implement QHSE policies in line with corporate strategy;
- Identify and assess occupational risks associated with the company's activities, and propose corrective and preventive actions;
- Ensure the company's compliance with current standards and regulations and with ISO 20121 ;
- Manage internal and external QHSE audits;
- Train and raise staff awareness of good safety, health and environmental practices;
- Update single document, safety register, etc;
- Take minutes of QHSE meetings;
- Monitor performance indicators, prepare regular reports for management and suggest areas for improvement;
- Collaborate with production, logistics, design and communication teams to integrate QHSE aspects into operational processes and Rh on social and societal dimensions;
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and authorities on all QHSE matters; manage relations with stakeholders and represent the company.
Your profile?
You are interested in the events sector and have the following qualities:

- Communication: you work in synergy and know how to federate around QHSE issues.
What are your terms of employment?
- Remuneration to be discussed according to profile and experience on proposed assignments
- Workplace: Based in Méru (60110)
- Occasional travel to various Group sites
- 🕕CDI- ETAM or Executive status depending on experience
- 🎓Bac+3 to Bac +5 in QHSE
- Experience: 3 years in a similar position, ideally in the stand sector
